Bluebird Houses

The bluebird is one of the most beautiful birds that you can attract to your yard or garden and they provide much enjoyment watching them as they carry nesting material to the nest and do aerial acrobatics catching insects for their young.  The bluebird house should be placed near open grassy areas with perching places like fences, tree branches, electrical power lines, etc. to perch while looking for insects on the ground.  The nest box should be 5-6 feet above the ground.  The bluebird has gone through a period of declining in numbers due partially to its habitat being taken away but recently has made a miraculous recovery due to people who are willing to provide nest boxes, bluebird trails, and shelter for its recovery.  The bluebird house that I provide are created with the bluebird in mind.  They are designed to provide it with a safe comfortable environment to nest and raise its young
